A stationery form is provided with adhesive regions that do not adhere to each other until the adhesive has been activated. The adhesive is heat activated without melting by passage through a laser printer prior to folding the printed form about at least one crease line to secure the form in a folded position and thereby constitute an envelope, a mailer or a business form. |
