FIELD: medicine; surgery; proctology. ^ SUBSTANCE: wound dilator can be used for operative treatment of hemorrhoids, anal chaps, rectal fistulas, condilomas of perianal area, anal polyps, and hypertrophied anal nipples, any soft-tissue formations of skin and under-skin formations. Wound dilator has elastic catch provided with hook at the end. Catch is made of rubber twine provided with additional hook which is disposed at its end. Hooks are fixed by means of fishing-line for change in position of the hook relatively point of connection with catch. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of fixation; simplified operation; widened operative access. ^ 3 dwg |
