METHOD FOR MODIFICATION OF GYPSUM BINDERS

This invention pertains to field of chemical technology for producing mineral-binders. It could be used for modification of all types' gypsum binders. After grinding of treatable gypsum there is offered introduction of alkaline additives, for example, oxides or hydroxides of alkali metals (potassium and/or sodium), in weight ratio of 0.1 to 0.4 % recounting to weight of anhydrous calcium sulphate that is compounded in binder. The alkaline additives could be introduced also in water for making gypsum mortar. As a result is achieved decreasing weight ratio water-gypsum as well as increasing strength of gypsum end-products.
