ADHESIVES-COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING WOODEN PRODUCTS

摘要

Object of invention: adhesives-composition for manufacturing wooden products. Field of application: production of adhesives from resins. Essence of the invention: adhesives-composition contains formaldehyde resins, filling materials and thickening agent, specifically, the filler is zeolites, and amount of ingredients has following weight-ratio (in weight %): formaldehyde resins 30- 94; zeolite 1- 65; thickening agent û residues. Formaldehyde resins could be selected from group comprising carbamide-formaldehyde resins, melamine-formaldehyde resins, and phenol-formaldehyde resins. Technical outcome: there is achieved increased moisture resistance as well as removal of bacterium and mould. Homogeneity of ready composition is provided during all using period. There are increased physically-mechanical parameters of durability for stuck-ware.
