FIELD: pump building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bellows pumps operating at variable outlet pressure and it can be used to in systems designed for building vacuum and in other pieces of equipment. Proposed pump has bellows unit one end of which is stationary secured from side of inlet hole and other end, from side of outlet hole. Bellows unit consists of two coaxially interconnected bellows divided by partition on which hollow piston is secured which is provided with intake and outlet valves. One carriage is provided on partition for longitudinal displacement of piston.
