Both of the arms (10a, 10b) of the U-shaped base frame (1) are secured to the base part (9) in between the arms by a hinge so that the arms can adopt a first position extending substantially perpendicular to the base part or a second position in which they point away from each other and are located in the same plane as the base part. Wheels (2a-3b) are provided on the underside of the base frame and fencing is provided on the top side.
