一种高阶钻孔润滑铝质复合材，系包括一树脂与一铝箔。该树脂系聚乙烯乙二醇(PEG)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙二醇山梨醇月桂酸脂(polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester)、聚乙二醇月桂醇醚(cocount alcohol polyethylene glycol ether)、壬酚聚乙二醇醚(nonyl phenol polyethylene glycol ether)、篦麻油聚乙二醇醚(costol oil polyethylene glycol ether)、辛酚聚乙二醇醚(octyl phenol polyethylene glycol ether)、聚丙二醇乙二醇醚(polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether)、淀粉、甘油、无机填充剂、溶剂其中至少三种配方所混合；藉以使该树脂经滚筒涂布、旋转涂布、淋膜、静电喷涂、网版印刷其中一种方式形成结合于铝箔上，而成一供铺设于电路板上之铝质复合材。 |
