The device has a water filter, and two water injection pipes (23, 24) injecting water in the form of two jets towards an outlet pipe (26). A suction chamber (27) arranged in upstream of the outlet pipe communicates with the outlet pipe and includes an inlet (30) to permit additional water flow. The injection pipes have passage sections whose outflow is lesser than in the passage section of the outlet pipe. An independent claim is also included for a circuit for producing current in a swimming pool for counter current swimming and including a water jet flow increasing device.
