he invention relates to the production of a cream substitute intended for culinary use. This product comes in the form of powder solvable into milk or into cool or warm water in order to be used asa multi-purpose culinary product. It contains low-concentration vegetal fats and its production is based on the Myvatex Mighty cream 5Z 10646 of the Quest company. It is produced according to the classical process governing the admixture of solids and is packed up in retail packages or/and in baulk ones. |
