The device has a glove (1) or a bracelet glove integrated with a keyboard having control electronics (2) and keys (3). Micro sensors (6) placed at ends and on a lower face of each finger of the glove (1), are connected to the keyboard through electric or electronic tracks (7). The micro sensors permit to control a portable transceiver using the fingers of the glove.
