The fascicle has an inserted leaf (20) arranged between the back of a leaf (16) and the front of a leaf (18). The leaf (20) presents an I-shaped opening so that an information zone (22) on the leaf (16) and an information zone (24) on the leaf (18) are seen through the leaf (20) when the leaf (20) is superimposed with leaves (16, 18) respectively. The leaf has a data zone (32) with data relative to information in the information zones. An independent claim is also included for a register comprising a leaf fascicle.
