The machine has a central processing unit with a function of translating written or spoken language to Braille and from the written to the spoken language and inversely. The processing unit is coupled to a scanner and to recognition software and sends pages of text to be read to a screen. A scrolling keyboard is positioned for processing images or colors and movements to change temperature and vibration of pointers of the screen.
