The garment has an upper part (12) to cover chest of a user, and a lower part (14) to cover legs till ankle of the user. Lower edge (16) of the part (12) is placed below upper edge (22) of the part (14) to define a covering zone. The part (12) has a water-tight skirt (24) made of elastomer material e.g. latex. The part (14) is placed between a lower portion of the part (12) and the skirt such that double covering is created in the zone.
