PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts or an assembling time while maintaining performance equivalent to conventional filter disks. SOLUTION: A device comprises a photographic lens, a TV camera, a mount, a filter disk part, a color separation prism, an imaging device like a CCD, a main body 7 for holding the filter disk, a knob gear 8, an idler gear 9, a filter disk 10, various filters 11a to 11d, and a click leaf spring 12. Since steady brace parts are not constituted, the filter disk rotates while wobbling. Since the click leaf spring is constituted so as to have dimensions thicker than the thickness of the filter disk, the filter disk doesn't slip off the click leaf spring regardless of wobbling.
