PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and weight of a pasteboard with a binder from which release paper is removed and to which a poster is stuck by the binder in the trace of removal. SOLUTION: The water soluble binder 4 is applied to ridgeline parts 25 of respective projecting ribs 23 of a single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet 2 and the release paper 3 is flatly stuck via the binder 4 to the single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet 2 and the drying of the binder 4 is accelerated by the air passing through passages 10 formed between a corrugated sheet 22 and the release paper 3. One sheet component for the purpose of flattening the single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet 2 is omitted and the reduction of the cost and the weight is realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
