PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a blowing fan, capable of reducing noise due to flow of air and generation of turbulent flow, and reducing power consumption by forming blades to be inclined at outer end parts. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a shroud 122, a hub 124 in which flow of discharged air is guided, and a number of blades 126 formed between the shroud and the hub in such a way that their outer diameter on the closer side to the shroud is different from their outer diameter on the closer side to the hub, so that air is forcedly blown in accordance with rotation.
