PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust system structure of an engine with dual exhaust, increasing output torque in a medium speed rotation region of the engine, and improving exhaust cleaning action of a catalytic converter. SOLUTION: In an exhaust system of a V-type engine 1, a pair of exhaust manifolds 2, 3 are opposed to each other in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and a flexible tube and the catalytic converter are disposed in the middle of the exhaust system. Front tubes 3, 4 are respectively connected with the exhaust manifolds 2, 3, and the flexible tubes 6, 7 are respectively disposed in the middle of the front tubes 4, 5, and an underfloor catalytic converter 9 is arranged at a position near the downstream of a junction 8 where the front tubes are joined at its downstream part.
