PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower capable of preventing swirl generated by flow caught from a pressure face from becoming unstable. SOLUTION: This blower is constituted in such a way that chamfering 6 like substantially circular arc is applied to a pressure face 4a side of an outer peripheral end part 4c of a blade 4, a substantially crest-shaped rib 7 whose cross section has the maximum height on an outer peripheral side more than its center is provided on a negative pressure face 4b side in an outer peripheral part of the blade 4, and the chamfering 6 like substantially circular arc on the pressure face side of the outer peripheral end part of the blade and the rib 7 like substantially circular arc on the negative pressure face side in the outer peripheral part are smoothly connected. Consequently, since a section having the maximum height of cross sectional shape in the rib 7 is formed to become an outer peripheral side more than its center, swirl 8 generated by flow 5 caught onto the negative pressure face 4b side from the pressure face 4a of the blade 4 is stably generated at a position close to an inner peripheral side of the rib 7.
