PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoregulator capable of regulating the temperature or the air volume in a short time, and unnecessary for visually recognizing the regulation. SOLUTION: The thermoregulator of an air-conditioner has a thermogulation knob 31 to set the temperature of air to be supplied from an air outlet provided in a cabin, and regulates the temperature of the air supplied from the air outlet so that the temperature reaches the value set by the thermoregulation knob 31. The thermoregulator comprises an encoder 33 to detect the turning position of the thermoregulation knob 31, a microswitch SW1 to detect that the thermoregulation knob 31 is depressed, a communication pipe 40 to communicate a vent supply duct 16 with the thermoregulation knob 31, a knob duct door 41 provided in a hole 16H in the vent supply duct 16, and a knob door actuator to open/close the knob duct door 41, and air at the temperature according to the value set by the turning operation of the thermoregulation knob 31 is supplied from the thermoregulation knob 31.
