PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circular saw with dust collecting ability capable of performing a cutting work without scattering cut dust to surroundings. SOLUTION: The electric circular saw with a dust collecting ability 1 is constructed by an electric circular saw with a handle 10, a dust collecting hose 20 and a dust collector 30. A top end (23) of the dust collecting hose 20 is connected with an exhaust opening 17 at a rear end of a dust collecting cover 14 of the electric circular saw 10 as freely detachable at the rear end of the dust collector 30 and its rear end (24) is connected as freely detachable with a suction opening 31 of the dust collector 30. A power source cord 18 of the electric circular saw 10 is drawn out to the side of a dust collector 30 through the power source cord 25 arranged at the inside of the dust collecting hose 20. Since cut dusts generated on cutting are forcibly absorbed into the dust collector 30, the cut dusts can not be dispersed to the surroundings and the power source cord does not disturb the cutting work.
