PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a section capable of reinforcing a surface side plate, and easy in manufacture. SOLUTION: In this section 1, a surface side cut-and-bent plate 13 is formed by projecting a part 19 between incision lines on the surface side by forming the two incision lines 17 and 17 on a surface side plate 9. A reverse side punched plate 15 is formed by punching a reverse side plate 11, and is formed by projecting an intermediate part 25 to the surface side more than both end parts 15a and 15a. Both end parts 15a and 15a are respectively fitted between the incision lines 17 and 17 of the surface side plate, and the intermediate part 25 is superposed on a reverse surface of the surface side cut-and-bent plate 13.
