<p>A bronchial tube having a length allowing the insertion thereof into a trachea and allowing the distal end thereof to come into a left trachea or a right trachea and having a lumen allowing the insertion of a fiber scope or a suction tube therein, wherein a proximal outer cuff (12) opening a side port (11) leading to the right trachea or the left trachea to a tube body (10) sealing a clearance between the tube body (10) and the inner wall of the trachea is installed on the tube body (10) at the proximal end side of the side port when the distal end of a tube body (10) is inserted in the left trachea or right trachea, intermediate cuffs (13) and (14) for cutting off ventilation at the distal end side of the side port (11) are installed on the outer side, inner side, or both the inner and outer sides of the tube body, and a distal outer cuff (15) sealing a clearance between the tube body (10) and the inner wall of the left trachea or the inner wall of the right trachea is installed on the outside of tube body at the distal end side of the intermediate cuff (13).</p> |
