An organic EL display device (1) has a substrate (11), and a first organic EL element part (10) and a second organic EL element part (20) which are arranged in parallel on the same plane of the substrate. The first organic EL element part (10) at least includes a light reflecting conductor layer (12), an organic light emitting medium layer (13) and a transparent electrode layer (15) in this order, and inside or outside of the organic light emitting medium layer (13) or the transparent electrode layer (15), a light reflecting layer (14) is provided. The second organic EL element part (20) at least includes the light reflecting conductor layer (12), a first inorganic compound layer (21), an organic light emitting medium layer (13) and a transparent electrode layer (15) in this order, and inside or outside of the organic light emitting medium layer (13) or the transparent electrode layer (15), the light reflecting layer (14) is provided. The emission spectrum of light emitted from the first organic EL element part (10) and that from the second organic EL element part (20) are different.
