This invention relates to refrigeration engineering and can be used for freezing ravioli, cutlets, vareniks, pasties and other small foodstuff products. The quick-freezing apparatus for small foodstuff products has a heat-insulated chamber, air coolers, fans, the upper and the lower conveyor netting bands, air ducts, troughs, a loading basket, drive cylinders, nozzles for cold air supply for product freezing at the upper conveyor band. At that the product blowing-around at the band of netting conveyor that performs freezing is provided by cold air flow from above only, through conical nozzles directed to horizontal surface of the band at angle = 75 DEGREE -88 DEGREE . Besides that, for normal operation of apparatus at its initial start at the air inlet to the lower conveyor belt perforated partition is attached, this equalizes aerodynamic resistance. This invention provides intensification of uniform freezing of product over the whole surface.
