摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food for minimizing the intake of carbohydrate (starch) to prevent obesity/diabetes/hyperlipemia, a food material for the food, and a method for the effective utilization of wheat bran and rice bran issuing problems as industrial wastes of food materials. <P>SOLUTION: The food material is composed mainly of roasted wheat bran or roasted rice bran, gluten and a small amount of psyllium testa powder and essentially free from carbohydrate (starch).
