PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the spring constant by holes formed in the left and right side faces, heighten the cushion performance, and enhance the riding comfortableness in running by enlarging the diameter of a wheel to be fitted with tire and widening the internal space of the wheel while it is made practicable to install a large brake etc. in this internal space. SOLUTION: Cushion tire formed from a rubber material without having an air layer inside is to be mounted being fitted on the wheel 3 and embodied in a two-layer or three-layer structure where a plurality of cores 8 for reinforcement directed in the circumferential direction are embedded internally at a constant spacing of 10 mm or less on the left and right about the tire width direction and a base rubber layer 2 having a height as 10-30% of the tire section height is provided on the inside, wherein the flatness is made 15-80%, and holes 7 are formed on the left and right sides at their peripheral surfaces stretching in the circumferential direction, and between adjoining tread grooves 5 on the peripheral surface, minor grooves smaller than the tread grooves 5 are formed.
