<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle and a medical solution injection apparatus facilitating puncture into a port and movement on a tube and easily putting a needle cover on the needle. <P>SOLUTION: In this medical needle 1, a ball hub 5 with a needle 10 implanted is disposed in front of a housing 2, and a stopper 6 is put on the ball hub 5. The ball hub 5 is loosely fitted between the housing 2 and the stopper 6, and the needle 10 is turned within a range of approximately 90° downward from an approximately horizontal position by turning the stopper 6.
