<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of smoothly proceeding the output order processing of image data. <P>SOLUTION: A reading/recording control part 12 reads the image data from a memory card 40, generates uniquely identifiable identification information, houses the identification information and the image data in a storage device 13 by making them correspond to each other. An order sheet issuing part 14 issues an order sheet 50 to a user. An order information space on the identification information, a thumbnail of the image data made to correspond to the identification information, and the image data corresponding to the thumbnail is displayed on the order sheet 50. A scanner 21 reads the identification information and order information from the order sheet 60 with the order information filled in.
