<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables the sustenance of the interests in the games. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine has a game board having the playing area made up of a permeable member, a display means so arranged behind the game board as to make the display area and the playing area overlap each other, a starter slot, a lottery means which carries out the lottery based on any one of a high-probability table which enables the winning of the lottery for determining whether the starter slot should be opened or not at a relatively high probability and a low-probability table which enables the winning of the lottery at a relatively low probability, a display control means controls the display means for the variable display of the specified figures and of the normal figures, a specified game execution means for executing the specified games and a high-probability setting means which can set the high-probability status.
