<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system for a cogeneration device capable of maintaining high energy saving performance and environment friendliness while keeping energy cost minimum. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a cost calculation means 14 calculating operation time cost of the cogeneration device and non-operation time cost for replacing electric power which can be supplied by the cogeneration device with commercial electric power without operating the cogeneration device and replacing thermal energy which can be supplied by the cogeneration device with commercial electric power or other thermal energy based on estimation data of electric load and thermal load, an operation time cost adjustment means 15 equalizing operation time cost with non-operation time cost by dropping unit fuel cost of the cogeneration device when operation time cost is higher than non-operation time cost, and a control means 12 controlling not to operate the cogeneration device when unit fuel cost after operation time cost adjustment is lower than a predetermined lower level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
