PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front derailer mounting device for a bicycle with its position adjustable. SOLUTION: The device 10 to mount derailer on the bicycle is arranged so that a front derailer 100 is mounted on a support 300 welded to a seat tube 200 and has a means to adjust the position of the derailer 100 along at least one shaft perpendicularly intersecting the longitudinal axis of the seat tube 200 substantially. The device 10 has a means to adjust the position of the derailer 100 along the axis Y positioned in a plane parallel substantially with the surface where a toothed crown combined with the bottom bracket of the bicycle is installed, and preferably to make adjustment along the axis Z substantially intersecting perpendicularly the surface where the toothed crown combined with the bottom bracket is installed. This enables positioning the derailer 100 in good performance with respect to the toothed crown of the bicycle, and the motion of the derailer 100 at the time of speed change can be improved.
