PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of preventing a foreign material from intruding into the portable terminal and externally dissipating generated heat in the portable terminal without the need for mounting a separate member to the portable terminal for heat dissipation. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal, a cover for forming a case clamps a heat dissipation member and heat generated internally is externally dissipated via the heat dissipation member.
