PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing method, a program, and a storage medium which enable a transmission destination address to be entered at less expense in time and labor. SOLUTION: The image processing system is provided with: a printer 100; a client PC 120; and a PDA 130. The PDA 130 stores address information including transmission mail addresses 606 of individuals. When the printer 100 is available, address information of one record stored in a memory 133 of the PDA 130 is transmitted to the printer 100, and image data stored in a hard disk 106 of the printer 100 are transmitted and thereafter a transmission report is transmitted to a transmission mail address 606 (PDA 130).
