PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval system for storing and using the past retrieval experience of an operator, and to provide an information retrieval method and an information retrieval program. SOLUTION: In the information retrieving system 1, retrieval for a database 28 is performed by using an inputted query. Furthermore, in this information retrieval system 1, the inputted query is stored as a graph, so as to generate the hint of the change of the query in order to obtain a desired retrieval result.
