PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annunciator for easily exchanging a designation entry card from the front side. SOLUTION: This annunciator is formed with a frame 2 where an opening frame part 22 having an opening 22a on the front side is formed, and a storage frame part 21 is connected from the peripheral part of the opening frame part 22 to back direction. The storage frame part 21 of the frame 2 is stored with a transparent surface sheet 3A, a spacer 4 having the storage space of a designation entry card, a sheet switch 5 and a rigid body 6 successively overlapped from the front side. The surface sheet 3A is formed with a notch 31 along a portion of the peripheral edge of the opening 22a, and the part surrounded by the notch 31 is formed so as to be bent from the opening 22a to the front side, and the bendable part is formed with an engagement part 32 to be engaged with the back face of the opening frame part 22 of the frame 2.
