PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sealing a specimen in a well while maintaining the specimen in a liquid-tight manner without damaging molecules included in the specimen even in the case that temperature is varied and a method for taking the sealed specimen out of the well easily and a container for the methods. SOLUTION: In the method for sealing the specimen in the well, the specimen is introduced in the well of the container provided with the well and covered with a film capable of covering an opening part of the well and supersonic wave having vibration in a direction substantially parallel to a contact face is applied on the contact face of the container and the film.
