PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive inspection method of concrete, adaptable even to a place where a passive heating system due to solar radiation or a change in atmospheric temperature, not producing a byproduct, such as carbon dioxide gas like a conventional active heating system and capable of detecting even the flaws or a reinforcing rod present in a place deep from the surface of concrete, and to provide a non-destructive inspection device. SOLUTION: In the non-destructive inspection method, concrete, is raised in temperature by irradiating the concrete with microwaves, the surface temperature distribution of the concrete is subsequently measured and the inside state of the concrete is detected from the obtained surface temperature distribution. The non-destructive inspection device of concrete is equipped with a microwave generator 2 for irradiating the concrete 1 with microwaves, a surface temperature measuring means 4 for measuring the surface temperature distribution of the concrete raised in temperature by the irradiation with microwaves and an analyzing means 6 for analyzing the measured surface temperature distribution, using the surface temperature measuring means 4 to detect the inside state of the concrete.
