PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control atmospheric temperature and humidity in a closed room filled with nitrogen gas to be within a set range as desired for preventing damage to cultural properties due to improper moisture and harmful insects. SOLUTION: The nitrogen gas generated by a nitrogen gas generator 1 is humidified passing through a hollow yarn film humidifier, and then the temperature and humidity are measured. When the humidity is out of a set range, the temperature of water in contact with the outside of a hollow yarn film in the hollow yarn film humidifier 4 is controlled to be a value adequate to the set humidity of the nitrogen gas.
