PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failures in printing such as a drop in printing speed or a paper jam due to bending or the like caused by paper texture directions of an envelope. SOLUTION: The envelope 1 is made by sticking a front paper sheet 4 and a rear paper sheet 5 via an adhesive 6 along their peripheries except an opening 3. In doing so, the sheets are stuck to each other with paper texture directions 4a, 4a, etc., of the front sheet 4 orthogonal to paper texture directions 5a, 5a, etc., of the rear sheet 5. Thus force for flexing or the like occurring along the respective directions 4a, 4a, etc., and 5a, 5a, etc., is offset, to prevent the envelope 1 itself from bending. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
