PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag scarcely injuring a person by a corner part of a heat-sealed edge part of an unsealing notch formed in the packaging bag and having the unsealing notch capable of being easily recognized. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag manufactured by heat-sealing a laminate film 6 having at least one layer of a synthetic resin-made film, a punched portion 5 is formed above the unsealing notch 4 of the heat seal part 10.
