PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for ensuring the health and the safety when a person uses a vehicle by solving problems that, when a person rides on a vehicle such as an automobile, an airplane, and a train for a long time, the back sides of his thighs are pressed to worsen the blood circulation, and he is tired because the height from a floor surface to a seat is not suitable for the length of his legs; his legs are tired and his entire body is tired, a driver's concentration is degraded while driving the automobile or the driver dozes off, possibly resulting in a traffic accident; and not only the tired legs, but also the risk of causing traveler thrombosis or so-called economy-class syndrome may occur. SOLUTION: To prevent excessive pressure of back sides of thighs or degradation of the blood circulation, a foot rest capable of adjusting the position to the leg length of each user is used, and a stepping pedal is installed to mitigate degradation of the blood circulation.
