PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite elastomer film excellent in transparency, impact resistance, heat resistance and coloring properties, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: This laminated body comprises an elastomer component comprising a hydrogenated block polymer prepared by hydrogenating a polymer having a butadiene polymer block and a butyl rubber, a polyethylene being an olefin crystalline component, and a paraffin process oil 50-5,000 pts. mass paraffin process oil are incorporated to 100 pts. mass elastomer component, and at least a part of the elastomer component has a three-dimensional skeleton. The laminated body comprises a transparent flexible composition layer with the whole light transmittance of≥90% with a thickness of 0.5 mm at 25°C, and the other layer exists on at least one surface of the transparent flexible composition layer.
