PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer which enables the easy removal of a medium to be recorded causing a jam, even if a part below the recording head is jammed with the medium to be recorded. SOLUTION: This inkjet printer 3 is equipped with a recording head 15 which ejects ink so as to form an image on the medium to be recorded, and a tube 23 which supplies the ink to the recording head 15 from an ink retention part 24 provided separately from the recording head 15; and the tube 23 is connected to a travel direction-side end surface of the recording head 15, and the downstream side of the recording head 15 in the carrying direction of the medium to be recorded.
