PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hole accuracy by reducing burnishing torque received by pads provided at the outer periphery of a tool body. SOLUTION: Ridgeline parts 33A, 33B, located on the front side in a tool rotating direction T, of first and second pads 31A, 31B provided at the outer periphery of the tool body 10 are formed inclining backward in the tool rotating direction T toward the rear end side in a direction of axis O.
