PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope-related article provided with a color generation part excellent in visibility while preventing the alteration/deterioration of the vicinity of the color generation part, and to provide an endoscope provided with the endoscope-related article. SOLUTION: An insertion part flexible tube applied with the endoscope-related article has a core material and a skin covering the outer periphery of the core material. The skin contains a color generation agent generating a co1or by irradiation with a laser beam at least at a part near an outer surface, and has a scale 22 (color generation part) formed by making the color generation agent generate color on the surface.
