PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly pneumoperitoneum system which smoothly supplies a pneumoperitoneum fluid to abdominal cavities. SOLUTION: The pneumoperitoneum system 2 comprises a pneumoperitoneum trocar 9 equipped with a flow passage 9a guiding the fluid sent by a pneumoperitoneum tube 11 to the abdominal cavities, at least one sensor such as a pressure sensor 29, a temperature sensor 28, and a humidity sensor 100, and an air supply control switch 24 for selecting whether the pneumoperitoneum fluid is supplied into the abdominal cavity, and a pneumoperitoneum device 13 equipped with an electric connector 13b to which a signal cable 12 is connected, a valve unit 16 with the function of setting a pressure of the fluid at a prescribed pressure, a sensor unit 15 detecting a flow rate of the fluid, a temperature of the pneumoperitoneum fluid, a pressure inside the abdominal cavity, and a temperature of an operating room, and a control part 14 for controlling the air supply from the electric signals output of sensors 28, 29.
