PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for mounting rotating blades easily exchanging the rotating blades even by a beginner or a female for oneself and performing operation without anxiety. SOLUTION: Holders 21 and 22 on the receiving side or holders 31 and 32 on the pressing side for nipping the rotating blades 11 and 12 are magnetized. The state of the rotating blades pressed from the side on the opposite side with the holders 31 and 32 on the pressing side matching with central circular protrusions of the holders 21 and 22 on the receiving side by magnetic force of the magnetized holders is maintained. The holders 31 and 32 on the pressing side are finally fixed with washers and bolts 41 and 42 or nuts. For the reasons, there is no anxiety about the shift of the centers of the rotating blades 11 and 12 from the centers of central shafts 51 and 52 in the course of screwing the bolts 41 and 42.
