The lock has an operational device which turns on a screw-down and bearing plate (1). It consists of a locking disc (4) with locking notches (5) distributed around the circumference and central polygonal through-hole to hold and attach a bolt (2) with sufficient width for a handle. The locking disc works with spring-tensioned locking elements (6,7) on the plate to lock in and out of the notches of the locking disc at particular turning angles. These elements are held by two sliding combination elements (8,9) situated on axially opposite sides of the plate which rest on the end pieces (10,11) of concave bearing dishes.
