[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An acidic water producing device comprises an electrolysis bath (2) where a raw water is placed, an electrolysis separator membrane (3) for partitioning the electrolysis bath (2) into an acidic water producing region (5) and alkaline water producing region (6), an anode (24) disposed in the acidic water producing region (5), a cathode (26) disposed in the alkaline water producing region (6), fossil soils inputted into the acidic water producing region (5), voltage applying means (20) for applying a voltage between the anode (24) and the cathode (26), filtering means (70) for filtering the acidic water produced in the acidic water producing region (5), and heating means (80) for heating the acidic water filtered by the filtering means (70).
