<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable attaching implement for easily performing surgical treatment and an execution method of the surgical treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The adjustable attaching implement is provided with a first member 16 including means 34 for attaching the first member 16 to a surgical component to be tracked and a second member 18 including means 44 for attaching the second member 18 to one or more tracking elements 12. The second member 18 is connected to the first member 16 so as to relatively move between the first member 16 and the second member 18.
